How the deposit works
After submitting this form, Tiffany will reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm your preferred date and send deposit payment instructions. Your training date is not confirmed until the $200 -$350 deposit is received.
Deposit & payment
A non-refundable $200 - $350 deposit is required to hold your training date. The deposit will be applied toward your total course fee. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of training, before the session begins. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed upon booking.
Cancellation & rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. One reschedule is permitted per booking at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice forfeit the $200 - $350 deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit to rebook.
Student responsibilities
Students are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the full training day. You are required to bring or arrange your own live model for the hands-on portion of the course. Tiffany can assist with model sourcing upon request, subject to availability. Please notify Tiffany of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to training.
Liability waiver
Training involves the use of professional-grade chemical solutions. Lash and Brow by Tiffany is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur during training when proper patch-test and application protocols are followed. Students agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the session.
Certification
A certificate of completion is issued upon successful completion of the course. Certification is contingent on attendance of the full training day and satisfactory completion of the hands-on practical component.
Photography & media
Tiffany may photograph or record portions of the training session for educational and promotional purposes. Students who do not wish to be photographed must notify Tiffany in writing before the session begins.
